On top of all their other evils add age discrimination. I have faced the reality that I won't even be able to reach early retirement with Nuance. I am quality credentialed and exceed their metrics yet I am constantly harassed, and I mean constantly i.e., daily phone calls, constant Sparks, emails, etc., for "not following policy" by a neurotic, micromanaging TSM who will eventually succeed in harassing me enough to quit. The inmates are running the asylum.
