My point to my original post was that the 9% pay increase between 2011 and 2012 was the reason they had to cut our pay so much.
The chart shows that most executives did not get a 60% pay cut between 2011 and 2015. Paul Ricci accounted for a lot of the pay cut.
Note that the pay includes all compensation, including stock awards. Nuance stock went down considerably from 2011 to 2015, and that accounts for much of their decrease in compensation.
