I was simply stating losing pay and continuing to work here is her choice, so something must be working out for her. Kudos! I couldn't do it.

I'm sorry... That's the BEST evidence that "things are not as bad as they are." It's also the best indicator that things will never improve.

Why should Nuance change? No one is forcing you to work here. Yet you do, no matter how much they abuse you. Therefore, Nuance must be doing something right.
