Check the archives on this site. I have no idea what gives you the idea that this company is well organized since you state that you "don't know much more." Obviously you have not worked for this company.
FutureNet runs an ad every month or so at the end of the month. Almost the identical ad. They need editors, QA personnel, and workflow people every time.
Keep in mind that they have limited QA staff, as the speech editors do not get routine QA scores in a traditional manner. You send your work to QA for a designated amount of blanks or demographic issues. The feedback is minimal, unless you want to include the nasty e-mails sent to everyone from a certain supervisor.
The workflow people have been short staffed. The long-term people left and the new hires to replace them seem to be using a revolving door.
Not sure why they would need speech editors, as the available work has been minimal unless even more people have left the company for a better opportunity. Of note, their ads indicate the pay rate has decreased.
