I transcribed acute care terminology for 45 years. Thank God, I am now retired. One of my accounts was FutureNet. I have read all of the posts and agree. I warn all MTs to avoid FutureNet, as well as the rest of the transcription services; they're all sharks. Transcription is on the way out. Consider retraining in coding and billing. Now is the time to begin preparing yourself to switch gears instead of hoping to find a soft place to land in the MT world. All of you are prostituting your skills by continuing to work for these johns. I say to all MTs, "Where is your pride?" ORGANIZE AND UNIONIZE or continue to crawl through the dirt for a few pennies.
