been on this one account for about 10 months and it's still making the same stupid mistakes. We had a group meeting a few months back and everybody complained, so the manager told everyone to make sure to all do corrections the same way, per specs, and even sent us a list to follow, so it will learn. Well, 2 months later it hasn't learned a thing. I could probably add at least 10 lph or more to my count if I didn't have to stop and make all these corrections. I'm a bit fed up, too. By the way, why would anyone get snarky regarding your post?
