Yep, who cares what the doctor really says, just output canned phrases. They are using us to create the canned phrases for the software they sell for in-house use, never mind whether or not it is accurate for the patient. I am so tired of the output junk. Earlier in the day, every time the doctor said syncopal episode, ASR output was near syncopal episode. So sick of it. When confronted, IT actually stated they programmed in phrases and when the engine hears one of the words, output is the canned phrase. They think doctors always say the same things and have no concept of individuality when it comes to documentation of the patient medical issues, as, of course, they all most have the same issues when any word in the canned phrase list is said.
