Names are unpredictably spelled. If they were all replaced with "the patient" it's a step closer for them to go full automation without the need for us to be involved, although ASR still has a long way to go.
My question is, if they can find the instances where the patient's name is used and replace with "the patient," why can't ASR pull the name from the ADT field and replace it with that instead?
