MTSOs can contract for certain hours and if you dont like - it- you dont contract with them

simple as that. Just because you call yourself an IC does not mean the MTSO has to jump throw hoops. They need people to cover certain hours as it is in THEIR contract with the hospital and they need people to cover those hours. So in fact, they can say I need someone to cover so and so hours and if you cant do that, they will find someone that will. Where did you go to law school?
