Company Board

you are so wrong - they can contract you for any hours they want - no name

As long as it is written in the contract and you agree to it. Just like if you contract someone to come paint your kitchen. Are you going to want them in your house when you arent there to supervise? Or do you just let them come in when they feel like it? If you want them say between 5 pm and 8 pm you dont have to hire them as an employee. You all need to learn these rules before you sound off.
