and with a college BS and MS, I have very high grammar standards, too high for MM. I used to correct all the incorrect grammar, but that was before verbatim. Now I use their AHDI-guided incorrections and score 100% on my audits. And after working for 44 years in hospitals, I DO KNOW how little transcribed reports mean to patient care.
