Nuance

Nuance puts one under - BMMT

So a few months ago, I got a lead on a job where the owner of the company stated there was a BIG account coming to her, and she needed to hire a load of MTs.  We've gotten updates for those who were patiently waiting so they could leave this awful place.  Mostly, it was how the other company was dragging their feet, how they had promised to sign on a date, but then they changed something, they were still trying to work out the kinks on the computer end, etc.

Yesterday, we received a message that not only was she not getting the contract, but she would have to close her doors due to her putting so much time and effort in this one huge account that fell through.  Can anyone guess who it was?  Her words were that she was never offered the contract that NUANCE led her to believe they would offer.  So not only are all the MTs who were patiently waiting for all the papers to be signed, but this owner is going to have to close her business.

Anything Nuance has a hand in becomes negative and ugly.  As evidenced today by yet another day of signing in OOW, they break their promises.  And this is another indication that they don't have enough work for us because they are sending their work to other companies, not only to India but within the US, while we sit with unpaid bills.  Why not give the work to your employees?  Because your metric system is flawed, and good MTs will still make well, so you have to audit them until you find something or just take the work and give to another company where you can force the minimum 7 cents.
