There is an absolute disrespect for the job we do, including comments about working in our pajamas or looking the other way as some employees work 12+ hours just to get in an 8 hour shift because there is no work available. When legitimate concerns regarding dictators or lengthy CPs are raised they are ignored. They do not respect the skill nor the experience because if they did then QA would make more money and it would actually be an advancement rather than a losing scenario. It is obvious that management feel that anyone who types can do this job. And it is obvious that someone who has never done this job is advising them on what will motivate. Why should someone with 30 years experience and a college degree be struggling to make more than minimum wage? That is what is wrong with this company.
