While I agree with everything you said, you are assuming that Mmodal wants to have happier MTs. They just want someone to do the work and if someone quits or gets fired they figure they will just hire someone else. Finally the work pool of available US employees will dry up and they can ship everything to India, which is what they have always wanted.
They feel the same way about the clients. If they lose one they just go get more. If one gets cranky about not having ILP do their work they just wait out their contract and do it anyway.
Their solution to everything is coming up with more spreadsheets and metrics oh and maybe another reorganization. Not actually using logic and critical thinking skills, which by the way they have forbidden us to use anymore.
