I'm with Nuance now, but I'm wondering if MModal could be better...or worse. Do you have a pay grid at MModal? Are you punished for making QA errors? By punished, I mean do they lower your pay for the entire week in which you made the error? Do you have line quotas? Is there any work? I took a 10K pay cut (from 35K to 25K) here at Nuance a year ago when they introduced the pay grid formula. I was one of the lucky ones, most of my team took higher cuts than that...and most of them left the company. I have to work from home and the only job skills I have are in transcription and editing. Any information about this company would be appreciated.
