Easy fix shown to me by a Tech. While in Fluency go to Tools, then Options, then Editor. From there you can change your font size and font to whatever is comfortable for you. I have mine set at 28 and Calibri. I also have a separate pair of computer glasses, which enhances the type. As for the screen being too light, I can't help you because the new monitors no longer have the buttons externally, but maybe you got an educational disc with it???
