I have been dinged for inactive time AND overreporting. I was told by my "Initials" that these are two separate issues. The big problem I am having is they are telling me I am overreporting, or clocking in to TeamWork and not being logged in to Fluency. I am not sure how this can be possible since I have started to log into FLuency FIRST to see if there are jobs available before I clock in on TeamWork.
Maybe I should just take the hint they are not so subtle about giving me and leave.
