Is it possible, but if you have more difficult accounts... - Anne

it's certainly harder. I can do between 250-300 currently, but I feel I have a good set of accounts and I'm very familiar with them now. Plus, it's not always consistently that high. I'm NEVER zero with inactive time, though. How would that even be possible? The inactive time is a real pet peeve of mine. If we're meeting line requirements, it should be a non-issue, as they don't pay us hourly. If they only want people who have ZERO inactive time and exceed LPH, then they want robots, and we know how great the speech rec computer bots do their job. It's all very frustrating. I work PT, 20 hours a week. I could NEVER sit for 40 hours doing this job. You deserve a medal alone just for doing that if that's the case!
