Keyword: Account nameblanks
Text to type: I copy straight from the AS and drop it into the text to type and then clean it up so to speak. So the text to type is verbatim from the specs.
Description: Any real important stuff so I can see it right away.
you could probably drop it into sticky notes although I am not familiar with that format. If it has some keyword to type so that it pops up on your screen that would be fine.
I copy ALL the specs into my expander.
So Keyword: Account nameaddendum
accountnameblanks, accountnamecopies, accountnamedemographics.
I type the keyword and it comes up quickly.
Sometimes I still look at the specs but not usually.
