Just finished working at 7:00, 2-1/2 hours past by 4:30 clockout time, still didn't get my lines all in. SoftScript has lost so many of my accounts and now I'm back to working 9 to 10 hours a day just to get by.
This is the attorney who handed the lawsuit against Transcend a few years ago.
