Why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????? - stop it!

Stop putting S1-S2 for heart sounds!!!!! I am sick of fixing it, and from what I see on other people's reports, either they don't know how to write the heart sounds correctly, or they don't care, or they are asleep at the wheel.

S1-S2 refers to sacral vertebrae! Sacral 1-sacral 2 vertebrae.

You see it wrong enough times, you begin to question yourself, but S1-S2 is the wrong way to write the heart sounds. Yes, I have rechecked and rechecked. If you find heart sounds S1 and S2 documented to be written S1-S2, post the link.

Stop it!!!!!!!!!
