Wow. Calm down a bit before posting, huh? It seems you misunderstood how we are able to see other jobs. You, too, should be using the function of looking up old reports by dictators or on patients; it helps in some ways. No one is able to see which MT did the report, but it is certainly clear that some of the MTs just aren't very careful;many errors in some past reports. It is kind of a good learning lesson to note the errors made by others, I guess.
