Seem to at least chide the overzealous QAs (if not actually give your money back, once they get it they don't usually do that).
More often than not, the higherups side with the idiotic QA decisions, but there have been a time or two where the QA was put on notice somewhat.
Makes you feel just slightly better, even if somewhat of a pyrrhic victory.
