We correct so many REAL errors that the dictators make--every single day--but that goes unnoticed, unrecognized, and uncompensated. That is blood boiling to me as well. I'm sorry this happened to you. :( Absolutely not fair. Remember when QA was actually there to HELP? TSMs touting that FIESA is "learning tool" is such a crock. All it's ever taught me is what a bunch of immoral and corrupt thieves I work for.
