You can pick through any document and find any number of bogus "errors" like this - it is completely subjective and we have no recourse.
That is an abominable FIESA attack, and I do blame the QA for this. Only if you get something completely and provably wrong should they go to these lengths to dock you. Someone had it out for you that day obviously.
They could equally say they heard something you didn't and you should have heard it or known. I have had that one too. Ridiculous and completely unfair.
