not to mention the numerous errors that speech recognition makes -- every day. I kept a record one day of the errors the doctor had made and the errors speech recognition made -- the speech recognition errors FAR outweighed the dr. errors. Am not disagreeing with your post at all RE correcting dr. errors -- only saying in addition to correcting those we also have a huge amount of speech recognition errors to correct as well.
