Turn your energy into getting out from under this company- go back to school, take some free computer classes, gain some skills or job hunt. People have been speaking up for years and it has not done any good. Personally I ended up with a bullseye on my back and written up for insubordination.
You may think your supervisor or above want to hear your complaints but they do not. Never have. Because they will just get somebody else to do your job for cheaper.
