LDSMT have you ever been asked - to do any of those things?

I just wondered if they had asked you, or if they just knew.

MModal went through this a few years back, and the NJA was constant. In my particular pod, it hasn't reached that level, but it's obvious it has in others.

You're right - it's not fair to have no work and be expected to change your schedule or accounts.
