I do pay for vision and dental but it is really cheap. I also have short- and long-term disability, life insurance for my husband and get paid extra for holidays that I work. I have as much work as I can handle and get FT lines easily. Obviously, different experience for different people. It must depend on the account and the manager; both are great for me.
