First of all you pay for benefits. Secondly, the accounts usually have far too many people working on them to make the amount of lines/reports in order to make the minimum requirement to keep benefits, nor was I able to accrue PTO because I didn't make minimum requirement. I paid for eye and dental out of my own pocket without the MTSO contributing to it and on top of that had pay cuts.
