I found a different job and luckily was able to quit TTS, I was trying to get out of there by March because one of the dictators was constantly saying in his notes that he explained to the patient that they were going to a new system in March and that there were going to be few appointments available in March because of the new system being put in place. I am assuming they went to EPIC because that is what it sounds like to me. TTS had to have know this, though, and you are right, they are not good at communication.
