The line count is very obtainable. I met line count in the first day. The only time I have trouble is when I am distracted. The pay isn't great, but it isn't better anywhere else.
Some of the ESL is horrible, but I have never been criticized for blanks...and yes, agree that ESL percentage just went way up. But, I thought they were very considerate in trying to maintain work for us. IMEDX would have just let you sit there and do nothing.
I use the ES history available. TTS is picky, but they do maintain a higher quality that way. Having worked on the other side, the trashing of MTSO transcription quality is extreme and constant. I think TTS does a pretty good job of combatting that image.
