It has been eight weeks for me. Just in the last 2-1/2 weeks has the dictation been almost 100% ESL. I am not sure what happened but all of the nonESL work, but those docs have obviously been sent elsewhere. Hmm... I wonder where.... Ha ha..

This is my first editing job and honestly I really dislike editing. I miss typing! Stand your ground. You are an IC.
