TTS - Frustrated MT

I just started here. This is my 3rd week. I can honestly say in 10 years of doing transcription, these are the worst dictators I have ever heard. The communication is a joke. I signed on as an IC, but they treat me as an employee with their silly demands and requirements. I am looking elsewhere. Any place has to be better than this mess.
