This hospital may be seeking a part-time person to help in the pathology department or elsewhere where reports are not as readily outsourced. They also could have a handful of doctors that speak English so horribly they cannot get them converted over to EHR voice wreck software.

I would be afraid of the same thing -- an eventual buyout by one of the biggies.
