Yes, it would be digital only, and yes, it is a very targeted niche, not general medical and clinics. We shall see! I've done a little research so far on web platforms that are anywhere from $5-$300 per month for HIPAA secure sending, so What might be a better question for me to post is one that includes a narrowed-down list and see if anyone has experience using any of those.

Thanks for your reply, though. I really enjoy the camaraderie on MTStars, especially for those of us working doing remote work from home :)
