They take over companies and steal accounts, unbeknownst to hospitals who are held to the contracts and then US medical records are off-shore and errors rampant. Employees are thrown to the side as they see fit or are forced to give up earned PTO and benefits for not meeting an unrealistic lines/hour requirement....
