Did your employers force you to go to work for Nuance? When this happened where I currently work, we were given the option of taking a severance package and unemployment, going to work for the outsource vendor, or placement in other positions in the organization; no one chose outsource transcription. They catch people at a vulnerable time and it's too bad because people feel they have to accept their terms.
