They are the ones who benefit from the violations of labor law and other abusive acts of these companies they contract with to save money, and I would like to see them held liable. As direct employers they would never be allowed to get away with the things we have to deal with everyday! If they prefer to contract out this service rather than manage it themselves, the people who do the work should be paid decently, and given proper support and supervision. I hate hate hate them all!
