got my email informing me of being on the first "positive" step of performance management and the things i have to do to accept this. and then she said "as you anticipate your retirement in June"....wtf!!! i mentioned dreaming of retirement. i never once said anything about June. never. i know they can look at my date of birth and figure it out, but i could be dreaming of retiring at 65, not 62, just, wow. guess they know who i am on this board. unbelievable. though not really.
