Is that the only time you stay signed in and not working, while waiting for the 6 minutes? I thought you meant you are signed in while waiting for work after you had already claimed NJA. If you only have 6 minutes of cumulative time while waiting to be able to claim NJA you shouldn't be showing up as noncompliant.
