I quit on the spot too. Could have cared less and I also wrote letters to corporate telling them off with all the colorful language I could muster and I wrote to the accounts I was assigned to, stating how horrible this company was and how they treated their employees, outsourcing, etc.
Needless to say my life went on and so did Nuance; this was a year ago, but the main thing, I GOT OUT! Priceless!
