Nuance has turned my respectable 20-year professional career that I was once proud of into something that I cannot even recognize, a position where I am treated less than anything that resembles a professional. I would like to know if any manager or executive at Nuance has ever once experienced opening up their email or coming to their office only to be met with a statement MAJOR ERROR and their income depleted by hundreds of dollars that week..... just for being human! I would like to know if any manager or executive at Nuance has been degraded and made to feel 'less than' on a regular basis in addition to having their income depleted over and over and over again. Judging by the numerous spelling errors I see on emails and account specifics over the past few years, I doubt anyone in management had their income docked as a result. Perhaps management should experience that first hand to see what the MLS professionals experience daily.
