I left several years ago but it was during the dates of the petition being valid, now expired, and I was granted TAA but not the unemployment or other benefits. Does not hurt to try. I am in process right now but it looks as though I will get final approval soon. As long as your work was negatively impacted by them offshoring work, I don't think it matters if you were laid off or if you voluntarily left due to lack of work.
