I have been an MT for 8+ years now. I love the company I work for. I just find myself in a rut lately. I just don't get it. I used to love being an MT. Now all I can think about is ways to leave and find a job around my kids school schedules. Has anyone else been through this and bouced back into enjoying MT work agai . I just hate feeling sooooo stale. Thoughts or opinions on how to get through this?
