I think your gut/heart/intuition (or whatever it is called) is telling you something. If you follow this feeling and do what it tells you (to find a work situation that is better for you and your family), you may someday look back and be thankful that you were able to make the change. I wish I had followed my gut 10 or more years ago. I can't get those years back; they are gone forever..
