The statement by the op "You can make 15,720 a year if you partially retire or 1310 a month" is the same for everyone for early retirement SS benefits (62 or 63 depending on your birth year). I just filed for SS and went over these numbers closely. You have no income limit once you hit regular SS retirement age (65 or 66 or 67) which is listed on your statement or your local office can tell you what that age is.
If you continue to work part time, your SS benefits will increase.
