volume updates anymore, other than the no overtime approvied. I don't understand why they need to send that specific email out. When OT is needed/approved, then send out the request. The blanket daily no OT approved is really useless and unnecessary. We used to get volume report with numbers first thing in the a.m. and late p.m. Now, they just send out the stupid no OT sometimes mid day/late afternoon. Why is there no communication addressing the NJA or low work availability? One would think this might be a good idea, if nothing else, for morale. I think the dead silence is probably telling in itself. Why not just come out with it and let us know we're at the end of the road?
