This is how it was a couple years back when we went through 2 or 3 months (if not more) of NJA, and you basically had to sit by your computer and wait for work. I remember doing stuff around the house and just staying logged into Fluency waiting . . .
I don't know if we're there just yet, but it makes you wonder.
