Do you have a copy of your original contract with imdex or original employer? Do you have a copy of previous line requirements. Can you do a snapshot of the NJA during your shift? Do you have a copy of the "no changes" load of bull? Keep copies of EVERYTHING and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, including past and current production records. And if you are cut back to PT, you are going to need that partial unemployment to pay for insurance benefits until you can find another job. This sounds pretty cut and dry as far as UE if you have the appropriate documentation.
